Our team of specialists is dedicated to equipping sales leadership with relevant market insights, customized sales messages, and curated sales assets. This enables us to effectively originate, sell, and win consulting work.

You are :

You are a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Transformation Solution Architect at the Senior Manager level suited to join our T&O team within the Solution Advisory group. Ideally, you will have a deep understanding of cutting-edge Accenture HR tools and solutions, possibly with hands-on delivery experience. You have experience and understanding of allied T&O domains of Change Management and Learning.

The work :

As a Solution & Innovation Advisory Senior Manager, you provide high touch sales support to our Accenture Talent & Organization practice.

• Accenture T&O : Our 38,000+ practitioners across the globe help create transformations by enriching the relationship between people and technology for our 1200+ clients.

This work will include but will not be limited to the following :

Planning and Origination

Proposals / Orals

Content Management / Continuous Improvement
