Performance Marketing Expert

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and has hands-on experience managing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn Ads , and other paid channels.
• Manage ToFu–MoFu–BoFu ad funnels and retargeting campaigns to maximize lead conversions.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
• Conduct A / B testing for creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce effective ad creatives.
• Track and analyze user journeys using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity .
• Prepare campaign performance reports and actionable insights for management.
• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and keyword opportunities.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns stay within allocated limits.
• Experiment with new channels and campaign types (e.g., YouTube Ads, Performance Max, or remarketing lists).
