Job description

Project Coordinator – Overseas Projects ( Africa )

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact between the clients, and on-site teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and logistics partners for timely material dispatch and delivery.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain project records, purchase orders, shipment details, and progress reports.
  • Prepare and submit regular project status updates to management.

    • Financial & Administrative Support

  • Track project expenses and support the finance team in verifying vendor invoices and payments.
  • Assist in budget planning and cost control.

    • Basic knowledge of Export procedures and PVOC (Pre-Export Verification of Conformity) certification for Tanzania and other African cities.

    Additional Candidate Requirements :

  • Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Should have a smart and confident approach with the ability to manage and communicate with overseas clients.

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month

    Work Location : In person
