Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketer .

The individual will create, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads , and other paid media platforms to drive measurable growth.

You’ll be responsible for :

• Planning, executing, and scaling digital ad campaigns.
• Conducting A / B tests and optimizing creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Analyzing data sets using tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel to identify performance opportunities.
• Managing budgets and ROAS efficiently across campaigns.
• Collaborating with design and growth teams to craft high-impact ad creatives.
• Driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for FavHiker and client projects.
