About the Role
This role is closer to an SDR than a marketing automation specialist .
Your primary job : book qualified meetings using outbound cold emails .
No newsletters, no customer remarketing – this is pure cold outreach .
What You’ll Do
- Plan and run outbound cold email campaigns focused on meeting bookings , not opens or clicks.
- Write highly personalized plain-text emails with strong hooks, offers, and CTAs for different segments (industry, role, geography, account lists, etc.).
- Work with the Market Research team to define ICPs, build targeted contact lists, and improve list quality.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo and HubSpot to research accounts and prospects.
- Track, analyze, and improve campaigns based on reply rates and meetings booked .

Hitting a monthly target of qualified meetings scheduled via email .High-quality, well-segmented lists and campaigns – not spray-and-pray.Clear, conversational email copy that consistently gets replies and starts conversations.This Role is NOT
