This role will be pivotal in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product configuration and pricing.
- Act as a liaison between the engineering team and clients to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal teams as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.5-10 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.Proficiency in technical product demonstrations and presentations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.Education
