Job Title : Customer calling (service department in manufacturing machinary company )

Salary : as per company standards for entry level / fresher

Mandatory : ITI / b.tech / m.tech(in mechanical or electrical )

Reports to : Customer Support Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, the Customer Support Executive will also be responsible for managing spare parts inventory and ensuring that customers receive their parts in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Support :

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Spare Parts Management :

  • Manage spare parts inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are adequate
  • Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers
  • Track and resolve any issues related to spare parts delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and customer orders
  • Identify opportunities to improve spare parts management processes
  • Additional Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer support skills
  • Meet customer support metrics and targets, such as response time and resolution rate
  • Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in managing spare parts inventory
  • Knowledge of inventory management software
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
