We’re Hiring : Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Asana Mastery with AI Integration Essentials

Are you an experienced Asana power user with strong expertise in project management, workflow automation, and AI-driven integrations ? We’re looking for a seasoned Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help build and validate high-impact learning content for our “Asana Mastery with AI Integration Essentials” program.

Responsibilities

As an SME, you will :

• Develop & review learning objectives and course outlines
• Validate 40+ modules covering Asana workflows, dashboards, AI automations & integrations
• Review & rewrite technical scripts and codes (6–8 per course)
• Create demos, walkthroughs, and hands-on labs
• Review readings, assessments & quizzes
• Record talking-head videos (20–25 mins per course)
• Recommend AI tools, freeware & best practices
• Participate in internal & client review discussions
• Incorporate multiple rounds of feedback
• Provide digital signatures for certification
