Responsibilities :

• Administer and monitor SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement and manage Change Request Management (ChaRM) processes in SAP.
• Collaborate with development teams to support system upgrades, patches, and release management.
• Perform system installations, configurations, and migrations as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP BASIS-related issues efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning to enhance functionality.
• Provide training and support to team members and end-users regarding SAP BASIS and ChaRM :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration.
• Strong expertise in Change Request Management (ChaRM) within SAP environments.
• Proficient in system installations, configurations, and upgrades for SAP systems.
• Experience with SAP HANA, NetWeaver, and ECC environments.
• Solid understanding of transport management and system landscape architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
