Job descriptionBE / B.Tech / Master's –Electronics / Electrical / Aerospace (Top 50 in NIRF) PMP or similar project management certification 12–15 years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, and product development in the defense and aerospace industry. Proven leadership of cross-functional engineering teams managing complex, technically challenging projects. Hands-on experience in developing and integrating advanced defense systems, with a focus on counter-UAV and counter-drone technologies. Strong background in systems integration, hardware development, and adherence to defense industry standards. In-depth knowledge of defense acquisition procedures (DAP 2020). Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; adept at conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives. Practical experience with unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and counter-drone systems. Demonstrated success in leading teams for the development and integration of radar and electronic warfare (EW) systems. Technical expertise in radar, RF systems, sensor fusion, AI / ML applications in defense, and autonomous systems. Familiarity with software development, firmware, and embedded systems. Applied experience in AI / ML for defense and security applications. Knowledge of software-defined radios (SDR), signal intelligence (SIGINT), and other advanced defense technologies. We are seeking a dynamic Program manager with technical acumen to lead our Counter drone team , with focus on the technical planning, execution and integration of sub systems of Counter drone system. You will play a key role in developing, integrating and managing the full product life cycle from testing, deployment and custom delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Leading development of advanced counter-drone solutions with hands-on technical guidance.
- Driving project planning, roadmaps, and subsystem integration.
- Collaborating with defense agencies, customers, and suppliers.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and QA.
- Managing technical risks and resolving development challenges.
- Overseeing system validation, field testing, and performance evaluation..
- Ensuring compliance with ITAR, cybersecurity, and defense acquisition standards.
- Delivering clear technical documentation and progress reports to stakeholders .
