Key Skill Requirements :

• 8–12 years of Salesforce experience, with 3–5 years in the Telecom / Communications domain
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) – Order Management, CPQ & Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)
• Experience in order decomposition, orchestration, fulfillment & integrations with BSS / OSS, billing, provisioning systems
• Hands-on with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards)
