Must-Have

Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System

Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment

Handling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients needs

Expertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reporting

Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration

Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module.

At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements.

Good-to-Have

Multiple certification SAP SuccessFactors module

Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.

Exposure to validated Learning Management System and other validation tools

Support the design and development of custom reports for clients using PRD tool

Responsibilities

Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes

Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization

Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.

Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors
