Their solutions connect hotel supply with demand at an unprecedented scale, driving direct bookings and empowering hospitality businesses worldwide.Role SummaryOur client is seeking highly skilled Senior GoLang Developers to lead backend architecture, design robust distributed systems, and drive mission-critical engineering initiatives. You will play a key role in defining technical strategy, enhancing system scalability, and ensuring top-tier performance across our platforms. This role requires deep GoLang expertise, strong system design capabilities, and the ability to mentor developers while owning features end-to-end—from concept to deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural and technical decision-making for backend services and distributed systems.Design, build, and optimize high-performance GoLang microservices with a focus on scalability and reliability.Take full ownership across the development lifecycle : requirements, system design, development, testing, deployment, and observability.Optimize PostgreSQL queries, schemas, and performance for large-scale production workloads.Implement CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and ensure seamless deployments across environments.Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and telemetry frameworks using tools such as : Azure MonitorApplication InsightsELK StackGrafanaWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment and platform stability.Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers , fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and system design.Implement and advocate for modern engineering practices, including design patterns, distributed system principles, and DSA-based problem solving.Required Skills & Experience5–7+ years of professional backend development experience.Expert-level proficiency in Go (GoLang) and its ecosystem.Strong knowledge of system design , design patterns , distributed architecture, and data structures & algorithms .Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL , including advanced optimization, indexing, and query tuning.Proven experience building highly scalable, resilient, and distributed backend platforms .Solid experience with Azure , including Azure DevOps pipelines for CI / CD.Proficiency with observability frameworks —logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards.Experience building and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems.Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud-native development.Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive technical discussions.Nice-to-HaveExperience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Background in event-driven architecture (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or similar).Experience in security best practices for distributed systems.Why Apply
