Role Overview
As an Account Manager , you’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams. You’ll own end-to-end client success — from strategic planning and campaign performance to communication and creative alignment. The role demands strong analytical skills, marketing understanding, and proactive communication to drive growth across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients — ensuring smooth communication, clarity, and trust.
- Work closely with internal teams (Performance, Creative, Strategy) to execute campaigns that meet or exceed business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, etc.) and translate data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the performance team to build strategies that improve unit economics and scale brands profitably.
- Review and give feedback on creatives, ad copies, and campaign setups.
- Prepare and present weekly / monthly performance reports with clear next steps.
- Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities for clients.
- Take ownership of client success metrics — retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Ideal Candidate
2–4 years of experience as an Account Manager / Client Success Manager in a performance marketing or digital agency .Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other acquisition platforms.Excellent communication and client-handling skills — both verbal and written.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.A team player who takes complete ownership of client growth.Why MarketingLab
