We're looking for a hands-on Senior Developer / Technical Lead who can take technical ownership, lead execution, and grow into our Chief Technology Officer over the next 12–24 months.

Role Overview
You’ll start as a Technical Lead , hands-on with backend architecture, APIs, and performance optimisation — and gradually take ownership of :
- Technology roadmap & architecture
- Infrastructure & scaling decisions
- Team growth and mentoring
- R&D direction for AI / ML features
- Process improvement and automation

As our Technical Lead , you will :
Take technical ownership of our core SaaS platform (Python, MySQL, Celery, OpenSearch, Redis, React frontend).Train and Deploy ML models at scaleMake architectural and design decisions that impact scalability, performance, and reliability.Lead and mentor a small team of developers; instill best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Drive DevOps & infrastructure choices (AWS, Docker, GPU servers for ML inference, Github.).Partner with the founder (current acting CTO) and step into leadership of technical roadmap planning and R&D.Collaborate with product, sales, and customers to deliver features that create clear business value.Champion security, compliance, and reliability across the platform.Our Tech Stack

8+ years experience in software engineering with a track record of shipping SaaS products.Strong expertise in Python, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.Deep experience in databases, caching, queues, and search at scale.Comfort with AWS services, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines.Experience with machine learning pipelines, GPU inferenceExperience with Image / Video processing at scale is a plusLeadership & Soft Skills
