Swim Coach

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Swimming Coach to join our sports faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming instruction and a passion for developing students’ skills, confidence, and discipline in the pool.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct structured swimming training sessions for different age groups and skill levels.

Teach proper swimming techniques, safety procedures, and water confidence.

Develop personalized training plans to help students achieve performance goals.

Organize and prepare students for inter-school and intra-school swimming competitions.

Ensure safety protocols and pool maintenance guidelines are strictly followed.

Motivate and mentor students to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and perseverance.

Eligibility Criteria :

Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in swimming.

Certification in swimming instruction or lifeguarding is preferred.

Strong understanding of stroke mechanics, endurance training, and safety management.

Excellent communication, observation, and motivational skills.
