HR & System Coordinator (Senior Level)
Position : HR & System Coordinator
Department : HR & Administration
Reporting To : Director / Top Management
Location : Laxmi En Fab Pvt. Ltd. / Ekobloc
Experience Required : 5β15 years (Manufacturing / Engineering company preferred)
π― Role Purpose
The HR & System Coordinator is responsible for driving process discipline , implementing and monitoring SOP compliance , strengthening internal communication, and managing key HR & administrative functions.
This role acts as the central backbone of organizational coordination , ensuring every department follows standards, deadlines, and correct documentation.
π Key Responsibilities A. SOP Monitoring & Process Governance
- Ensure all departments follow approved SOPs and reporting formats.
- Conduct weekly / monthly internal audits of SOP compliance.
- Maintain updated SOP manuals, revisions, and version control.
- Track daily / weekly checklists from departments and verify completeness.
- Identify process gaps and escalate issues to management.
- Conduct orientation for new employees on company processes.
B. HR Management (Core HR + Admin HR)
Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and discipline tracking.Execute recruitment workflow : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.Handle joining formalities, documentation, ID cards, and induction.Maintain employee files and HR documentation.Support performance review cycles.Drive employee communication and grievance redressal.Manage office administration (stationery, housekeeping, compliance records).C. Internal Coordination & Communication
Act as a central communication channel between management and departments.Follow up with Sales, Production, Purchase, Design, Accounts, and Service teams for pending tasks.Maintain project and task tracking dashboards.Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and track follow-up actions.D. Reporting & Documentation
Submit weekly SOP compliance report to management.Prepare monthly HR & Systems performance summary.Maintain departmental audit checklists and compliance scorecards.Consolidate attendance, leave, and manpower reports.π Skills & Competencies Required Technical Skills
