RV University is a State Private University which has been established in Karnataka State with RSST as the sponsoring body through Act No.11 of 2019, passed by the Karnataka Legislature.

Established by the Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust (RSST), which has over eight decades of experience in higher education system.

Job Title : Manager Research Projects & Collaborations (Research & Doctoral Studies)

Location : RV University, Bengaluru, India

Employment Type : Full-Time.

Position Summary :

The Manager Research Projects & Collaborations will further strengthen the research ecosystem at RVU by :

1) Identifying relevant research grants offered by government agencies, private organizations & International bodies.

2) Working closely with faculty members to prepare, refine & submit high quality applications for finding.

3) Serving as central point of coordination to streamline the process of applying for securing, managing and documenting funded projects.

4) Establishing research collaborators,(National & International) with Universities, Industry, think tanks, NGO's, and other sites where research takes place. This would also bridge the gap between academia & industry.

5) Capacity Building - Organizing expert led workshops on research methodology, research ethics & publication to enhance the research capacity of RVU Faculty.

Academics Qualifications, Skills & Experience required :

Minimum qualification is a post graduate degree with research experience. The desirable qualification is PhD.

The candidate must have excellent writing, administrative technological and research skills with previous experience of working in project management role in a University.
