Job Description :
Required Immediate Joiners Customer Support Executive for Samsung & Havells Clients to join our team at NOIDA . Graduates ( Any Discipline) with minimum ONE YEAR experience & English Proficiency is must. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing support and assistance to customers in their native language
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
- Staying updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and targets set by the company
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on providing excellent service
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Shifts : - For Male 24
- 7 (Last shift 4 pm to 1 am) for Females 6 am to 8 pm (Any 9 hours window) No transport during odd hours shifts
