Zonal Sales Head - FMCG

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share at the zonal level.
• Lead channel development initiatives (GT, MT, HoReCa, Institutional) from zero base,

building sustainable distribution channels.

• Conduct market mapping and onboard distributors / stockists as a core function to strengthen distribution reach.
• Take P&L ownership at the zonal level, ensuring accountability and financial discipline.
• Implement performance tracking through sales dashboards, KPIs, and periodic business reviews.
• Collaborate with logistics partners for last-mile fulfillment and supply chain efficiency.
• Drive competitive benchmarking and market intelligence reporting to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Lead training and capability-building programs for field teams to enhance skill and productivity.
