Location : Greater Noida (West).
Experience : 6+ Years.

Job are looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager who can effectively manage client relationships, lead a high-performing recruitment team, and drive consistent business growth through account management and delivery excellence.
Key Manage and strengthen client relationships across multiple accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both contract (C2H) and full-time positions.
- Drive account mining and account harvesting to identify new opportunities within existing clients.
- Lead a team of 7+ recruiters, ensuring target achievement and process adherence.
- Collaborate with 20+ client SPOCs across various accounts for smooth hiring operations.
- Analyze team and client performance and implement effective strategies for improvement.
- Possess strong understanding of IT and Engineering skill sets, including niche and super-niche technologies.
- Ensure timely delivery on client requirements with a focus on quality and closure ratio.
- Maintain an excellent level of communication and stakeholder management at all Minimum 6 years of experience in recruitment and account management within the IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record in managing C2H clients and scaling accounts through mining / harvesting.
- Strong team leadership, mentoring, and performance management experience.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
