Technical Event Support Specialist

Monolith Technologies is seeking an Offsite Event Ops Technician (internal title : Technical Production Specialist) with expertise in executing large-scale, high-impact live events and activations.

• The ideal candidate has a proven experiences in executing large scale events and activations across APAC;

able to navigate the complexities of working in a diverse and complex region.

Joining our Technical Production team supporting Meta (Facebook), the ideal candidate will be part of the Technical Production team (Offsite) that provides end-to-end event production including technical coordination & oversight, technical audio / visual setup and support, AV / VC services, streaming, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem solving skills, deep technical production knowledge in technical events execution, particularly with AVL setup and requirements, virtual event production, strong client management skills and discipline in administration & documentation.

50% travel may be required.

Responsibilities :

3-5 years of working knowledge with audio visual equipment in a live event setting, demonstrating proficiency across audio, video, lighting and projection disciplines.

not limited to signal flow schematics and equipment lists.

Able to develop execution plans against resourcing, critical project timelines and other logistical considerations and requests support from relevant internal teams where required, and within budget.

To coordinate access to venue services information & venue technical specification (Rigging, AV, Power, Network, Loading / Unloading, Access), floorplans and other documentation and draws up event requirements using CAD software.

To coordinate equipment transport for events logistic through leveraging internal hardware and logistics teams. (Setup & Recovery)

To coordinate the delivery of production elements from external agency vice versa.

Possess exceptional time management to produce concurrent events seamlessly.

Capable of working autonomously while also contributing effectively within a team dynamic.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate within a diverse, cross-functional team.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook& Google Suite and / or other business applications.
