    Job Description

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the apparel sector.
    • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Analyse market trends and provide insights for effective decision-making.
    • Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
    • Identify and explore new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
    • Manage the P&L for the business.
    • The Successful Applicant

      A successful National Sales Manager should have :

    • Proven 20+ years of experience in sales management within the Retail / FMCG industry.
    • Expertise in the apparel sector is highly desirable.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools
