Job Role : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Technical Support Executive to drive business growth by identifying new customers and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will develop strong client relationships, provide technical support, and ensure seamless pre-sales and after-sales service. This role involves sales planning, negotiation, product training, and resolving customer concerns while meeting monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and acquire new customers while maximizing sales potential in designated territories.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their requirements and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and manage sales plans, order bookings, collections, travel plans, and trial schedules.
  • Persuade customers on product / service benefits in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, manage key accounts, and maintain active communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product information while ensuring seamless after-sales support.
  • Negotiate quotations, tenders, and contract terms to align with customer and company objectives.
  • Arrange and conduct product usage training for customers while mapping key accounts and territories.
  • Participate in marketing activities, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
  • Address customer complaints, ensure timely reporting, and oversee payment collections as per the plan.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience : 3+ years of experience in sales, technical support, or account management, with exposure to cutting tool sales being an added advantage.
  • Educational Background : B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical)
  • Skills :

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience in handling quotations, tenders, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
