Key Responsibilities :

Understand clients financial goals and provide personalized life insurance solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.

Explain various life insurance products and their benefits to clients.

Assist clients in completing the required documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Stay updated on life insurance trends, policies, and market developments.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the companys growth.

Qualifications and Skills :

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

Prior experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of life insurance products is a plus, but training will be provided.
