Job DescriptionExtract job descriptions from Pinnacle’s ATS and input them into AI tools using tailored prompts to generate compelling case studies or content pieces.Refine and edit AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with Pinnacle’s brand voice and objectives.Upload finalized content to SharePoint for seamless handoff to the graphics team, ensuring timely delivery of materials.Collaborate with the graphics team to provide context or feedback, ensuring 1-pagers effectively highlight specific job offerings.Stay current on AI tool advancements (e.g., ChatGPT, Grok, Deepseek) to optimize content creation processes and output quality.Maintain an organized workflow, tracking multiple job descriptions and their corresponding content deliverables.Suggest improvements to prompts or processes to enhance efficiency and creativity in content development.
