Could you be the full-time Deputy Project Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.

You'll drive the execution of projects with precision and acumen. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Team, Department Heads, Support Functions), optimize financial performance, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of project governance, strategy, and coordination, but also manage customer and external stakeholder relationships.

We’ll look to you for :

Accountability for project QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance)

Defining project strategy and objectives

Leading and coordinating project activities and stakeholders

Resource management and team leadership

Alignment with contractual requirements and management of variation orders

Proactive risk, saving, and opportunity management

Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Experience or understanding of Signaling in the rail industry

Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies

Familiarity with multi-national and multi-cultural business environments

A PMP, IPMA Level D, or equivalent certification

Strong leadership and negotiation skills

Effective communication and team management abilities
