Duties and Responsibilities :
- To be able to develop visual ideas that suit the brief.
- To be able to seek Management approval for ideas with trough visuals - this stage may involve going back to the drawing board several times to rework sketches.
- To be able to use drawing, sketching, painting and photographic skills to produce illustration.
- To effectively use computer packages to scan in their own visual images, and then refine and develop the ideas on screen.
- To coordinate with the designing team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
- To be able to create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media.
- To understand the brief and work accordingly without much need of intervention.
- To be able to generate time bound designs.
- To be able to understand the Brand design language.
- To maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.
- To ensure compliance with brand guidelines and design standards.
Qualifications & Skills :
A Bachelors degree in relevant discipline.Must have a strong portfolio of work.Proficient in using software like Illustrator, Photoshop, Aftereffects, Flash, Premiere Pro.Should be creative and imaginative with the ability to draw and illustrate.Should have good communication and excellent time management skills.Must be familiar with the use of different graphic designing software, mainly Adobe Suite.A strong experience in Technical skills respect to Graphic / Web page designing / Video Image editing.Must have good graphical skills, creative flair, and good color sense.
