Junior ServiceNow Developer | Bangalore (Hybrid)

Lenovo is looking for a Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our global IT team in Bangalore (hybrid setup). This role involves supporting the ongoing development, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions across multiple business areas. You’ll work closely with senior developers, architects, and business analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for Lenovo’s global customers.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications — including modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB .
• Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement workflows, business rules, and integrations.
• Support Service Portal development (widgets, client / server scripting, UI customization).
• Participate in requirement analysis sessions and translate business needs into technical tasks.
• Perform unit testing, provide UAT support, and help resolve issues during and after deployment.
• Maintain technical documentation for developed features.
• Support integration with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs .
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while contributing to continuous improvement and ServiceNow best practices.
