At Ampcome we are building an AI-native, agentic analytics platform — not a dashboarding tool, not a “chat over data” feature, but an autonomous analytics co-pilot that can analyze, reason, and act across structured, unstructured, and external data sources.

What You’ll Do (Own the Full Sales Cycle)
You will lead all customer-facing sales and become one of the most important early hires.
1. Run the full sales motion
Discovery → deep scoping → demo → solutioning → proposal → close
Convert SDR-set meetings into qualified pipeline
Navigate complex buying committees (CIO, CDO, COO, Analytics, Data Engineering)
2. Sell a category-defining AI platform
You will educate customers on :
Why traditional BI cannot handle multi-source, unstructured, external data
The shift from conversational BI to agentic analytics
How our platform uniquely performs multi-step tasks, not just Q&A
Drive value-based sales
Use cases include :
Autonomous insight generation
Unstructured + structured data correlation
Workflow automation via agents
Continuous monitoring + proactive alerts
Decision automation at scale
4. Build our sales playbook
Improve pitch, demo, objection handling
Document buyer personas
Create repeatable processes
Work directly with founder & product team
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
5–10 years experience in B2 B Saa S, analytics, AI, or automation sales
Proven experience closing mid-market or enterprise deals
Ability to explain technical concepts simply (semantic layer, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, data fusion)
Strong discovery + consultative selling skills
Comfort speaking with technical + business leadership
High ownership, startup scrappiness, and execution mindset
Great to Have
Sold analytics / BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Thought Spot, Looker, Qlik)
Experience selling AI, data platforms, automation tools
Exposure to multi-step workflows, agent-based systems
Understanding of structured vs unstructured data and enterprise data architectures
