Role Description

This full-time hybrid role for a Franchise Consultant is based in Lucknow, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. The Franchise Consultant will develop and execute franchise business plans, monitor franchise operations, and provide strategic consultation. Responsibilities include identifying potential franchise opportunities, managing P&L, and supporting franchisees in achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchise Management, Business Planning, and Business Development
• Knowledge of P&L Management and expertise in financial and operational aspects
• Consulting and advisory skills for supporting franchisees
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to analyze business performance and recommend growth strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the EdTech sector or similar industries is a plus
