To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the company.

Ensuring insurance holder queries are answered to their satisfaction.

Handling insurance holder complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.

Requirements

• Any 2023 passed out  Graduates Except B.Tech, BCA, BSC IT
• Master candidates are not eligible
• Need Excellent skills in English Communication.
• Candidate needs to Comfortable with Night Shift.
• Freshers are eligible.
• Need only Immediate Joiner.
• NON voice process
• Only Mumbai Base candidates can apply.
• Need Graduate Hard copy Mark sheet and certificate.
• Shift : Night Shift.
• Computer savvy.
