JD : Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and strategically expand our market presence. This is a managerial role, responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and leading a team to execute business development strategies.

As a Business Development Manager, you will report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in shaping the companys future. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business development plans aligned with company objectives. This includes market analysis, identifying potential clients, negotiating high-value contracts, and building long-term relationships that enhance profitability and brand value.

You will manage a team of business development executives, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight. Your ability to align cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and operations will be crucial in converting strategic goals into measurable outcomes. Strong analytical

skills, commercial acumen, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and sectors.
  • Lead and mentor the business development team, setting KPI's and ensuring goal alignment.
  • Develop growth strategies in coordination with senior leadership.
  • Establish and manage key client and partner relationships.
  • Oversee proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to inform :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
