Job descriptionChartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) with 2–5 years of relevant experience , preferably in FP&A Working knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with SAP is preferred Good understanding of financials and business performance metrics Good analytical and communication skills Analytical mind-set with attention to detail and business acumen Strong data analysis and interpretation skills Good communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines A team player who is proactive and dependable Experience in BFSI, BPO, or MNC environments is a plus

Role & Responsibilities :
- Support monthly / quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and business performance tracking
- Prepare management reports and executive dashboards with clear insights
- Conduct financial modelling, scenario planning, and margin analysis
- Collaborate with business teams to gather data and ensure alignment
- Contribute to automation and efficiency improvements in reporting
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects
