Junior Business Analyst - LOS

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather analyze and document business requirements for LOS and LMS-related projects.
• Assist in preparing BRD FSD and user stories for development teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across business operations and technology teams to ensure requirement clarity.
• Participate in system configuration testing (UAT SIT) and deployment activities.
• Support in identifying gaps process improvements and automation opportunities within lending workflows.
• Assist in vendor coordination for system enhancements and integrations (APIs third-party services).
• Create and maintain process flow diagrams functional specifications and change logs .
• Provide post-implementation support for LOS & LMS applications and resolve user queries / issues.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PG preferred but not mandatory). 2 5 years of hands-on experience in sales, collections, or dealer management (preferably in NBFCs, auto finance) Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the state. Prior exposure to EV or auto-loan financing is desirable. Sales-driven mindset and strong target orientation Dealer and customer relationship management Loan lifecycle understanding (from origination to collections) Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
