Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Lead with expertise in LoadRunner to manage performance testing projects. You’ll lead teams, analyze results, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery of performance testing. Strong leadership, communication, and hands-on experience in performance testing are key.

Key Responsibilities :

• Performance Testing : Design, develop, and execute tests using LoadRunner , identify bottlenecks, and optimize system performance.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and manage performance testing teams, allocate tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report project progress to leadership.
• Project Delivery : Oversee the entire performance testing lifecycle, from requirements to sign-off, ensuring quality and KPIs are met.
• Technical Expertise : Proficient in LoadRunner , AppDynamics , Dynatrace , and scripting for protocols like HTTP / HTML , Web Services , and SAP .
