About Hector

Hector is a next-generation advertising platform built to simplify and scale Amazon and e-commerce advertising.

We help brands run smarter campaigns through automation, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) insights, and data-driven tools.

We’re looking for Account Managers who can help our clients use our platform better — making their ad operations faster, smarter, and easier.

This role focuses on strategy and client guidance, not campaign execution.

What You’ll Do

Manage 20–30 client accounts using Hector’s advertising tools.

Help clients understand how to use the software effectively to improve their Amazon ad performance.

Guide brands on strategy, automation, and measurement using AMC and DSP integrations.

Identify gaps or opportunities in how clients are using the tool and suggest improvements.

Collaborate with the internal tech and product teams to share client feedback and help enhance the platform.

Stay updated on the latest Amazon Ads features, DSP developments, and automation trends.

Who You Are

2–3 years of experience in Amazon Ads or e-commerce advertising (agency or brand side).

You understand Sponsored Ads, DSP, and want to learn more about AMC and automation tools.

You’re comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple terms to clients.

You enjoy problem-solving and helping clients use software tools more effectively.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

What You’ll Learn

Hands-on experience with Hector’s platform and AI-powered ad tools.

How to design and implement automation-driven strategies for faster campaign performance.

Work closely with data, product, and engineering teams to shape how brands grow on Amazon.
