About the Role
The Operations & HR Manager ensures seamless functioning across all departments at Rocktfuel — managing people, processes, and systems while supporting the social media team with coordination and content delivery. The role combines HR management, operational oversight, and basic social media support to maintain structure, efficiency, and smooth execution in a dynamic creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
Handle client and influencer contracts and invoices as and when required , maintain a central repository, and track renewals, expiries, and payments.
Oversee client onboarding , including Notion folder creation, trackers, and reporting structures.
Maintain client file organisation , reports, and brand assets across Notion and Google Drive.
Track and record operational, shoot, and influencer expenses , manage petty cash, and process vendor payments.
Manage equipment inventory, transport, and maintenance , ensuring safe usage and accountability.
Prepare and send monthly performance reports with the social media and strategy teams.
Maintain Notion dashboards, trackers, and SOPs for internal coordination and workflow management.
Support leadership with HR compliance, data organisation, and process improvement initiatives .
Human Resources Management
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding , including offer letters, HR agreements, documentation, and inductions.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases , ensuring policy compliance.
Support recruitment , coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate and staff records.
Assist with training, team communication, and performance tracking .
Social Media & Team Support
Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple social media platforms.
Support client onboarding by collecting brand assets, references, and campaign inputs.
Coordinate with design, copy, and video teams for timely creative delivery and feedback alignment.
Curate captions and hashtags for posts, carousels, and reels, ensuring consistency with brand tone and engagement.
Collaborate with the social media team to ensure smooth campaign execution and reporting .
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in operations, HR, or agency management (preferably in a creative or marketing setup).
Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Strong understanding of social media processes and content coordination .
Proficiency in Notion, Google Workspace, and Excel .
Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to handle multiple deliverables at once.
