Your Role And Responsibilities
RTS - ( Remote Technical Support ) - Storage support : Whenever customer have any issue with any of the IBM storage Product, they will call IBM and log a support ticket. This ticket will be assigned to the person RTS. He will contact customer and understand the issue in detail . He will collect the required logs , analyze it and give the resolution. Once the issue is resolved , he will take confirmation from custoer and close the ticket.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Minimum 3 year experience in supporting Storage or SAN products . Excellent techncial skills on Storage or SAN ( Broadcom / Cisco ) . Experience on supporting storage provisioning issue . Experience on SAN troubleshooting . Experience on working on performance issues . Excellent communication skills . Should be able to work on 24 X 7 rotational shifts . AP Morning shift starts at 4.30 AM , should be able to work on this shift
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Experience in supporting global clients .
Experience in supporting IBM Flash / Storwize products
