About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join us as a Sales Executive at our team in Spryte Labs. This role is designed to fast-track high-potential MBA graduates into future leadership roles. Through structured real-time work exposure, and mentorship, the trainee will gain deep insights into various business functions and be equipped to take on critical sales roles within the organization.
We are specifically interested in people in sales functions from the top 10 Indian tech service firms. You’ll be targeting senior tech buyers at US enterprises and be given a lot of responsibility to manage these accounts without any bureaucracy. Key Responsibilities Shadow leaders to understand leadership challenges and organizational dynamics. Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects. Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support business decision-making. Present findings and project outcomes to senior leadership at defined milestones. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and innovation strategies.
