About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven  E-Commerce Specialist  to manage and grow our online presence across major e-commerce and quick commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Big Basket, Jio Mart and others. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with product listings, catalogue optimization, sales analysis, and promotional campaign execution to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage product listings, content optimization, and keyword strategies across multiple platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra , Blinkit, Zepto,means Quick commerce and non quick commerce both etc.

Ensure accurate product information, pricing, stock availability, and visuals are updated regularly.

Handle the day-to-day operations of e-commerce portals including order tracking, returns, and inventory sync.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, supply chain, marketing) for timely listing and promotions.

Optimize product pages for SEO and platform algorithms to improve rankings and conversions.

Execute seasonal campaigns, deals, and ad promotions (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) to drive traffic and sales.

Monitor competitor listings, pricing strategies, and platform trends.

Analyze performance reports ( GMV, ROAS, CTR, ACo S (Advertising Cost of Sales) etc.) and take data-driven actions to improve KPIs.
