Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and flow designers to meet business needs.
• Support ServiceNow CMDB development including data modeling, reconciliation, and discovery configurations.
• Participate in ITOM implementations including Event Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST APIs, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, and platform enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and platform governance models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and testing activities.
• Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and technical support for ServiceNow solutions.
