We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional with experience in aerospace engineering and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our capabilities in aerospace structures, components, tooling, and system integration. This role requires strong technical understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in aerospace OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers.
• Promote the company’s expertise in aerospace design, manufacturing, and precision engineering.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare technical proposals, RFQ responses, and capability presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government / defense agencies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic growth in target regions North America, LATAM, and Europe).
• Work with internal teams on costing, pricing strategy, and bid management.
• Track project pipelines and ensure alignment with company growth and capacity plans.
• Coordinate with the engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Drive strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or technology collaborations to expand global reach.
