Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services for Morgan Stanley supporting all business applications and end users. ETS provides capabilities for all stages of Morgan Stanley's software development lifecycle, enabling productive coding, functional and integration testing, application releases, and ongoing monitoring and support for over 3,000 production applications. ETS also delivers all workplace technologies (desktop, mobile, voice, video, productivity, intranet / internet) in integrated configurations that boost the personal productivity of employees. Application and end user functions are delivered on a scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure composed of seamlessly integrated datacenter, network, compute, cloud, storage, and database functions.

What you'll do in the role :

• Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering teams handling migration and development efforts.
• Develop and implement custom tools and automation solutions for cloud-based Office 365 management.
• Oversee integration projects involving SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Establish governance frameworks and enforce security, compliance, and authentication standards across Office 365 environments.
• Drive continuous improvements, identifying new technologies and best practices to enhance collaboration solutions.
• Lead incident management, troubleshooting complex issues related to authentication, connectivity, and application performance.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and written skills
• Ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly and operate in a face paced environment
• Keeping up with evolving M365 SharePoint, .NET, C#, JS, Copilot capabilities and translating them into integration and Governance around the SharePoint Platform
