• KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
• The Incident and Problem Manager is a responsive and committed professional responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of incident and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution of IT service disruptions and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
• This role requires proactive collaboration across multiple departments managing major incidents with urgency and professionalism and driving continuous improvement in IT service management
• Educational Qualification Any Graduate Preferably graduated in IT
• Experience 10 years experience
