Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :

Supporting and managing consumer identity lifecycle processes Okta platforms, including registration, authentication and account recovery.

Execute and support the IAM strategy for consumer-facing applications, ensuring a seamless and secure experience.

Provide technical expertise and leadership on IAM related incidents, investigations, and resolution.

Self-Service Capabilities : Enhance user autonomy and satisfaction by providing comprehensive self-service options.

Integration : Integrate CIAM solutions with existing systems of record and business insight tools to support data management and business growth.

Manage identity federation across multiple platforms and applications, ensuring a consistent and frictionless login experience.

Maintain a strong working knowledge of relevant IAM technologies within the industry and their capabilities.

Maintain subject matter expertise on new technology as it is added to the environment.

Manage expectations from the Operations manager, Domain Owner, and Sponsor for solution design, architecture, and capabilities.
