Role & Responsibilities
- Generate sales from existing customers and create new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings.
- Liaise between customers and the company regarding service updates, pricing, and new product launches.
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
- Increase business opportunities through various market channels.
- Achieve aggressive sales targets consistently.
- Conduct continuous follow-ups with customers for engagement and conversions.
- Build and retain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and requirement understanding.
- Assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day store operations.
- Develop strategies to improve sales performance.
- Handle customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of sales staff.
- Delegate tasks to the sales staff in the absence of the Sales Manager.
- Demonstrate leadership skills to ensure staff compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Supervise and guide the sales team while providing incentives to motivate performance.
- Monitor sales team performance and provide necessary feedback and support.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure the store is adequately stocked with company products.
- Perform all responsibilities of the Sales Manager during their absence or emergencies.
- Demonstrate proven experience in sales and customer service.
