As a Delegate Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of delegates for conferences seminars workshops or other events organized by our company. Your primary objective is to attract highquality attendees who align with the events target audience and objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop and implement effective delegate acquisition strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media
- Esta blish strong relationships with key corporate stakeholders and decisionmakers; maintain ongoing relationships with these contacts.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events conferences or networking opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in marketing business administration communications or a related field.Proven experience in delegate acquisition sales marketing or event management.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective delegate acquisition strategies.Proficiency in CRM software email marketing platforms and other relevant tools and technologies.Knowledge of industry trends market dynamics and best practices in delegate acquisition and event marketing.Benefits
