Job description

Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets through strategic territory management and smart sales planning.
  • Ensure uniform and effective execution of sales activities by ASMs in alignment with corporate sales goals.
  • Engage directly with high-value clients to strengthen partnerships and close critical deals.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and maintain a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement.
  • Identify, attract, and hire top-tier sales professionals; mentor team members for advancement and leadership readiness.
  • Accompany ASMs on key customer visits to enhance engagement and optimize deal conversion.
  • Collaboration Across Functions

  • Work closely with Product Marketing and other departments to anticipate industry shifts, respond to competition, and leverage market opportunities.
  • Contribute to regional planning and budgeting processes with Sales Directors and VPs, ensuring alignment of strategies and resources.
  • Operational Management

  • Leverage CRM platforms to analyze team performance, monitor key metrics, and generate actionable insights.
  • Share regular updates in monthly RPL (Regional Planning & Leadership) meetings to support strategic decision-making.
