Job descriptionMorning : Scan industry trends, algorithm updates, and cultural insights. Midday : Work on strategy decks, content pillar audits, and post-performance evaluations. Afternoon : Collaborate with creative teams on ideation and mood boards. End of day : Build content calendars or briefs for client review. Weekly : Present insights and next-step recommendations to SMM and Head of Social. Research & analytics-driven thinking (Google Trends, RivalIQ, BuzzSumo). Storyboarding & presentation design (PowerPoint, Canva, or Keynote). Creative thinking — ability to craft campaign narratives around insights. Comfortable with paid + organic integration. Writing and ideation skills to brief copy / design teams effectively. Excellent communication and presentation delivery. Strategic clarity and originality of campaigns. Engagement lift vs benchmarks after implementation. Efficiency of content pillars (high-performing content ratio). Insight adoption rate across brand teams. Proactiveness in trend integration and platform-first recommendations.

Purpose
To act as the thinking engine behind the content — ensuring every post, campaign, or collaboration ladders up to a business goal and audience insight.
Core Deliverables
- Translate business and marketing objectives into social-first strategy decks.
- Define content pillars, audience segments, tone of voice, and platform differentiation.
- Research trends, formats, competitors, and emerging creators for ideation.
- Partner with design and copy teams to conceptualize and storyboard campaigns.
- Build insight-based campaign pitches and monthly performance decks.
